Biography

My name is Lauren Ferguson, I was born and raised in Nova Scotia, attended university in Fredericton, New Brunswick before moving out to beautiful Saskatchewan. Outlook has now been my home for the last couple of years, where I have lived, worked and coached football and basketball with my spouse! I am a down to earth easy to talk to person who was raised to believe in hard work, service over sales, and community volunteerism. I have a strong customer service background and fully apply that to my current role, I am here to work for you, not to just get another sale, pushing sales people have always made me cringe! This is for most people the largest and most important purchase they will ever make and there's a ton of steps along the way to make that happen, I want to make this as easy and stress free as possible for you by making you comfortable with each and every step along the way!
